Refund policy

Because our app provides immediate access to digital content, subscriptions, and premium features upon purchase, we ask that you review your purchase carefully before completing your transaction.

That said, we offer a 14-day refund window on purchases made through this website — including single deck unlocks and the first billing period of any All Access subscription.

How to request a refund

Email us at inquiries@secretsoftheoppositesex.com within 14 days of your purchase date with the email you used at checkout, and we'll issue your refund through Stripe.

Technical issues with access

If a technical problem prevents you from accessing content you've purchased, please contact our support team — we'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Subscriptions

All Access subscriptions can be canceled at any time from your subscription portal. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period and are not charged again.

App stores

Our iOS app is available on the Apple App Store. Purchases made inside the iOS app are in-app purchases sold by Apple and billed to your Apple ID — we cannot issue or reverse those charges. Refunds for App Store purchases are requested from and decided by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com, under Apple's refund policy — not this policy. The same applies to Google Play purchases if an Android app becomes available.

Purchases made on this website (processed by Stripe) follow the refund terms described above on this page.
