1. Who we are

This website and the game "Secrets of the Opposite Sex: Exposed" (the "Service") are operated by Tasha Ray Productions, Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the Service you are entering into an agreement with us.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You confirm you are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

3. What we provide

The Service is an adult party game consisting of digital question decks, optional remote play features, fan submissions, and related content. We may add, change, or remove decks and features at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully or for fraudulent purposes;
• submit, share, or transmit content that is illegal, harassing, hateful, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe, scrape, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
• upload malware, spam, or attempt to disrupt other players' use of remote play rooms;
• reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the Service or its question content.

5. Intellectual property

All content in the Service — including the question decks, the "Secrets of the Opposite Sex: Exposed" name and logo, software, and artwork — is owned by Tasha Ray Productions, Inc. or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the content you have purchased for personal, non-commercial use.

6. Fan submissions

If you submit a question through the fan submissions form, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, edit, and distribute that question (with attribution to the handle you provided) as part of the Service. You confirm that the submission is your own work and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Purchases made on our website are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe handles card processing, billing, currency conversion, and receipts; payment, billing and refund terms are governed by Stripe's Services Agreement.

Purchases made inside our iOS app (including deck unlocks, the full-game unlock, and any auto-renewing subscriptions) are sold and processed by Apple through in-app purchase on the App Store, not by Stripe. Those charges are billed to your Apple ID account, renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and are managed in your Apple ID subscription settings. They are governed by Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions, and refunds for App Store purchases are requested from and decided by Apple.

One-time purchases (Single Deck Unlock) grant a perpetual license to the unlocked content for the email address used at checkout. All Access subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your subscription portal and retain access through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Service availability

We work to keep the Service running smoothly but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", and we disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts owed, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our acceptable-use rules. We may also discontinue parts of the Service at our discretion.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where the law does not allow it to be limited.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Tasha Ray Productions, Inc. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
